We have seen on our television screens, heard on the radio and viewed on social media, the protests taking place in Hong Kong. The protests have been largely peaceful, however, violent clashes have occurred between protesters and security forces. One of the most violent conflagrations was at Hong Kong International Airport, where protesters occupied the building. Though many passengers found their flights disrupted, the protesters apologised for the inconvenience to passengers and hoped they would understand.
